Construction and use of a fire truck

• One of the benefits of this truck is that there is no need to spend money on purchasing a chassis and supporting the vehicle with pumps or similar devices that are not used permanently, and it can be easily connected to other vehicles and provides the user with the full facilities of an emergency vehicle in the relevant location.
• All design and implementation of this application is carried out in accordance with the standard for building trucks in all different parts.
• The preliminary design is carried out using advanced engineering software SolidWorks and CATIA in all initial parts of the construction through a completely engineering process, taking into account the analysis and stress and balance in loading in winding conditions in all operating conditions that do not cause the truck to overturn while moving.
• Subframe (chassis): It is prepared from standard cans and gutters in a balanced manner with reinforcing connections and standard side straps to connect to the engine and pump with bolts and nuts appropriate to environmental conditions. The entire chassis assembly is sandblasted and galvanized after welding by skilled personnel and then coated in thick black paint.
• Structure (cabin assembly): It is made of iron metal with a suitable color coating or stainless steel according to the vehicle's operating conditions.
• Sheet metal: The sheet metal is a combination of coated aluminum and iron, which is implemented in the body, roof, and floor in a specific thickness according to tactical conditions, in a plain or ribbed manner.
• Foam tank: It is prepared in accordance with the specifications and materials of foam tanks, with a capacity appropriate to the application based on the NFPA1901 standard, with all the facilities of a standard tank in the world.
• Diesel engine: The driving force of the pump is prepared in accordance with the specifications and power of the pump and its output with different powers from the best brands in the world according to the world's standards.
• Pump: From reputable European brands such as Ziegler, Germany, in the class of 5000 to 10000 liters at 10 bar, made of light and durable alloy with high performance in order to obtain maximum torque and pump power, in accordance with EN1028 & 1901 standards according to customer requirements.
• Prime system: Advanced type with maximum suction depth in less than 1 minute, automatically in accordance with EN1846 and NFPA 1901 suction height standards.
• Foam mixing system: 1 to 9% in maximum pump flow rate, resistant to all types of corrosion caused by various fire-fighting foams, capable of automatic and manual operation.
• Electrical installations: Installation of an electrical box on the side and back of the cart and running it using a standard wiring harness, with a fuse box, relay, SMD and LED lights for lighting inside the canopy, lighting around the canopy, 220V 10A charger for charging the battery and traffic lights, and all kinds of gauges and ammeters required. 
• Other: Placing a small amount of necessary equipment in the cart is carried out safely in accordance with the customers' wishes with the advice of Zharf Andishan Company engineers.

The application has a 1-year warranty and 10 years of after-sales service.
